Invero Wealth(“we”, “us”) is a delivery-platform marketing and commercial management consultancy operating in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through https://inverowealth.com.

We only collect data you choose to give us, plus limited analytics if you consent to it. We do not buy personal data, and we do not build profiles on visitors.

Enquiry form

Name, email address, restaurant name, phone number (optional), the platforms you are live on, an approximate turnover band, and your message. Used solely to answer your enquiry.

Job application form

Name, email address, age, phone number, nationality, visa status, the team and role you are applying for, salary expectation, and the resume and intro-video links you provide. Used solely to assess your application.

Direct contact

If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we hold that correspondence so we can reply and keep a record of what was agreed.

Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records anonymised usage such as pages viewed, approximate location by country, and device type. Declined by default.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records IP addresses and request metadata to serve the site and to block abuse. This is technical data we do not use to identify you.

Under UK GDPR we must have a lawful basis for processing your data. Ours are:

• Legitimate interests - responding to an enquiry you sent us, and assessing a job application you submitted. You asked us to get in touch, so replying is what you would reasonably expect.
• Consent - analytics cookies. You can give or withdraw this at any time and nothing on the site stops working either way.
• Contract - where you become a client, to deliver the services we have agreed.
• Legal obligation - where we must keep records, for example for tax.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of processors to run the site and reach you:

Our email inbox, where enquiries and applications land.

Cloudflare

DNS, and the bot check on our forms. Sees request metadata, not form contents.

Website usage statistics. Only loaded if you accept analytics cookies.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

• Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can come back to you if a suitable role opens. Tell us if you would rather we deleted yours sooner.
• Client records: for the length of the engagement and for 6 years afterwards, to meet UK accounting and limitation requirements.
• Analytics data: retained by Google for 14 months.
• Server logs: retained by our host on a short rolling window.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where consent is our basis.

Email inverowealth@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

• The whole site is served over HTTPS, with HSTS enforced.
• Form submissions are validated on the server, rate limited, and protected by a bot check.
• Form data is emailed to us and is not stored in any database on this website.
• Access to our inbox is limited to the people who need it and protected by multi-factor authentication.

Please do not send passwords, card details or other credentials through our forms. We will never ask for them.

This site is aimed at business owners and job applicants and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the site or our providers change. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
